The Fine Print
Care & Policies
Everything here is written the way I’d explain it to you in person. If something isn’t covered, just ask me.
Caring for your piece
Please treat everything I make as costume jewelry. I use stainless steel and silver- or gold-plated metals, and every piece is assembled by hand. Some of them are sturdy enough to wear often, but I don’t recommend treating any of them as everyday jewelry. They aren’t built to last forever — not yet.
Keep it away from water, perfume, lotion and hairspray. Put it on last when you’re getting ready, and take it off first when you get home. Store it somewhere dry and out of the sun, ideally lying flat so chains don’t tangle or pull. A soft dry cloth is all it needs; skip the jewelry cleaners and polishing dips, which are hard on plating and beads alike.
I’m working toward the day I can make jewelry that lasts a lifetime. Every piece you buy gets me closer to it — thank you for being part of that.
Timing
Some pieces are one of a kind — when they sell, they’re gone. Others are marked always in stock, which means I can make them again whenever you want one.
For smaller orders, I can normally have everything made within a few days. For larger bulk orders, expect me to reach out — I’ll give you a realistic timeframe before I start, so you always know what you’re waiting on.
Custom commissions are their own thing. Tell me what you have in mind and I’ll come back with a price and a timeline before anything is made.
If something breaks
Ship it back to me and I’ll repair it free of charge, or remake it if that’s what it needs. When it comes back there’ll be a free pair of earrings in the package as a thank-you for trusting me with it.
I made the thing; I’d rather it be wearable than sitting broken in a drawer. Just get in touch and tell me what happened.
Returns
I don’t offer refunds. Everything is handmade in small numbers and most pieces are the only one of their kind, so a sale is final.
What I do offer instead: if a piece breaks, ship it back to me and I’ll fix it free of charge. No time limit, no questions. See if something breaks just above.
Shipping
Orders ship from Statesboro, Georgia, anywhere within the United States, via USPS at a flat rate shown at checkout. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
Every order is packed by hand with a care card explaining how to look after your piece and how to reach me if anything goes wrong.
Outside the US? Ask me — I’ll work out what shipping costs and we’ll go from there.
Privacy
I don’t take your data. No trackers, no analytics, no mailing list, nothing sold to anybody.
Checkout is handled by Stripe, so your card details never touch this site. I only see what I need to post your order to you — your name, your address, and what you bought.
Your cart lives in your own browser and never leaves your device until you check out.
